Scene safety is important to everyone. Dr. Steph will provide  educational
information related to scene safety (including various suggestions  designed
to identify medical and psychological risks and avert serious problems  in
impact play, bondage, electrical play, fire play, ice play scenes,  etc.).
Knowledge and preparation can help prevent serious accidents from  occurring
during your scene; and knowing what to do in an emergency is very  important.
The class consists of a presentation by Dr Steph, who is  Board-Certified and
Clinical Faculty at a large University, with opportunities for Q&A thereafter.

First we will talk about issues of authenticity in role play while addressing some of the stigmas that can surround the term. Then, some time for demos and play.

Some questions to consider…

How can we make various roles more real or significant for ourselves (visualization techniques, costumery, ambiance)? How can we identify with an unfamiliar role that we adopt to address with a client or partner? If filming a session, how can we increase the theatrics of the play without impacting the connection between participants? Finally, how can we make the scene intense, hot, scary and sexy without it becoming farcical and camp, (unless that’s what you want;)? Here's your chance to find out.

In this workshop, I educate attendees on the sections of the mind,  how to facilitate trance, what to do once the person is in trance, and bringing them back into reality once the session is complete.
